The Apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, in the living area there is a double sofa bed, kitchen and the bathroom with shower. Please note that there is a weekly mandatory cleaning of the apartment of 40 euros per week, as mentioned in the rental conditions of the listing. This includes the cleaning of the apartment and the change of bed linens and towels. Pets are allowed but only if the size is small and tenants have to mention info about the pets when placing a booking request. Having a pet might require an extra cost to be charged by the landlord. City tax not included in rental price.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
