With a 10 minutes walk, you can reach the beautiful Ponte Vecchio and Ponte Santa Trinità, the most important and famous bridges in Florence. You will also be surrounded by museums and parks (Giardino Torrigliani, Giardino Corsi and Giardino di Boboli), you just have to choose in which one you want to walk and take your time to relax!
You can also easily get to every part of Florence by bus, just 5 minutes far from the apartment:
- Santo Spirito (bus number C3, C4)
- Piazza San Felice (bus number 11)
The neighborhood, located in a central position, is ideal also for your daily needs: you can find grocery shops, supermarkets (Conad City Market), shops, restaurants and bars.

The apartment
This nice shared bedroom offers you a comfy bed (FOR ONE SQUARE AND HALF) with a small bathroom in the room. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private courtyard, a large single bedroom with en-suite bathroom and this twin bedroom with small private bathroom, large private courtyard, a single bed and a half to a pizza! The entire building is modern and new and will be inhabited by students. All comfort is here to make you feel home :)
RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
The bills includes expenses for Wi-FI and Utilities. (* NB: at the end of the rental period an adjustment will be made on actual consumption for utilities.)

EXPENSES TO PAY ONLY ONCE:
- AGENCY FEE: a fee of € 352 will be requested at the entrance, to be paid only once. for the contract for 12 months .
This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated with assistance during the entire period of stay.
- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE of HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.
- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 840 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
